Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of ESAT and TMUA Prep, an independent ESAT preparation service operated by Marlow Valentine Barrett Figueras, trading as Vector. Contact address: 29 Ruston Mews, London, W11 1RB, United Kingdom. Support: vector.revision@gmail.com.
1. What ESAT and TMUA Prep provides
ESAT and TMUA Prep provides original practice questions, an adaptive question-selection service, timed papers, weekly challenges and a personal Data view that groups patterns in your answers. It is an independent preparation aid and is not affiliated with UAT-UK, Pearson, Cambridge, Imperial or any other university. It does not predict your ESAT mark, guarantee an interview or guarantee admission.
The question bank and topic coverage are limited and may change. A question, diagnosis or external learning link may be corrected, removed or replaced if we identify an error. External resources are provided as links for you to research independently; ESAT and TMUA Prep does not own or reproduce those materials.
2. Accounts and age
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Use a public handle or alias, not your real name. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for not sharing your ESAT and TMUA Prep session. One person must not create additional accounts to repeat a ranked challenge.
People aged 16–17 must declare that a parent or guardian has read the signup privacy summary and agrees to their use of ESAT and TMUA Prep. The operator may suspend access where account, age or safety information appears false or where the service is being abused.
3. Free access
ESAT and TMUA Prep is free to use. Practice, timed papers and the weekly topic challenge are available to any registered account at no cost, with no card required and no automatic charge, subject to the stated topic coverage. Access is not guaranteed to remain free indefinitely; if charging is introduced, accounts registered before that date keep the access they already have, and nothing will be taken from you without a separate, explicit purchase.
We may refuse or cancel a duplicate, fraudulent or abusive registration.
4. Payment
ESAT and TMUA Prep does not currently take payment and there is no paid product on sale. If a paid option is introduced, its price and what it includes will be shown in full before any purchase, it will be a one-off purchase that does not renew automatically, and these terms will be updated first.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Nothing is currently on sale, so there is nothing to cancel. If a paid option is introduced, you will be able to ask to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase, including if you have already started using it. Contact vector.revision@gmail.com with the account email and purchase date. An agreed refund is sent to the original payment method within 14 days. Paid access ends when the refund is processed. This voluntary refund promise does not limit your statutory rights if the service is faulty, not as described or otherwise protected by consumer law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy, redistribute, sell or attempt to extract ESAT and TMUA Prep’s unreleased questions or answer keys. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, manipulate rankings or use ESAT and TMUA Prep to build a competing dataset. We may restrict or suspend access to protect students, the service or third-party rights.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains how account, learning, support, email and payment information is processed. Our cookie policy explains the essential session cookies used to keep you signed in. Optional research and promotional email are separate choices and are not required to use core practice.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep ESAT and TMUA Prep available but cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free questions or that every device, browser or external link will work at all times. Keep your own revision plan and check important exam information with the relevant official source. You use ESAT and TMUA Prep as one preparation tool and remain responsible for your application and exam decisions.
9. Intellectual property
ESAT and TMUA Prep’s software, branding, original question content and structure are owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service for private preparation. Third-party names and linked resources belong to their respective owners.
10. Changes and contact
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be shown on the updates page and the version date will change. If you have a question, support request, cancellation request or complaint, contact vector.revision@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
